Ideal for: Leaders needing a quick boost of clarity or a “sample” of the coaching process.
The Process: A single 90-minute intensive debrief.
Includes:
- Birkman Signature assessment.
- 1-on-1 discovery session
- A summary of 2–3 immediate “growth notes” to apply to your leadership today.
Investment: $750 CAD
Concentrated insight to jumpstart your growth.
Bonus: If you decide to upgrade to a full coaching package within 30 days, the cost of the assessment is fully credited toward your investment.
Individual Coaching
Precise, intentional, and tailored to your unique profile.
Ideal for: Pastors, emerging leaders, and executives seeking clarity, rhythm, and confidence.
The Process: 6-12 sessions over 3-6 months
Includes:
- Personalized coaching
- Reflection practices and “Grounded Leader” tools.
- Option to add Birkman assessment & debrief
Investment: Starting at $1,800 CAD
Lead with a distinct, refined purpose.
Team Coaching
Strengthened communication and shared leadership health.
Ideal for: Staff teams, nonprofit teams, or boards ready to grow together.
The Process: Custom retreats or “Immersion Days” (half-day to full-day)
Includes:
- Pre-session team survey
- Facilitated team coaching or workshop
- Post-session synthesis & next-step planning
- Option to include:
- Birkman assessments & debriefs
- PEAK assessment (Churches)
The Investment: $2,500 – $8,000 CAD, depending on group size and scope
